Do I need an appointment?

Yes. All notarizations are done by appointment only.

What areas do you service?

We provide notarizations for Hillsborough and surrounding counties.

Note: Mobile service fee information is located on the pricing page. 

Can notarizations be done in a public area?

We can perform the notarizations in any safe place that is convenient for you.

How do I make an appointment?

You may call or text 813-501-2996. You can also schedule a call by clicking the "Schedule A Call" button above.

Do you offer notarizations on the weekends or after hours?

We understand how busy our schedules can be so we do offer weekend and after hours notarizations. All appointment times are scheduled and blocked for your convenience. Remote Online Notarizations may be preferable to those with busier schedules.

What payment options are available?

We accept payment via PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp, and Cash.  

Can I change my appointment time?

All appointments times are scheduled and blocked for your convenience. For any changes to the appointment time please call us at

813-501-2996. 

Do you offer refunds?

We understand that things happen and you may need to cancel your appointment. Per our cancellation policy we require at least a three hour notice prior to your appointment time. Mobile service fees will be non refundable beyond the three hour grace period.

If notarization fees were paid ahead of time, then they will be fully refunded if notarization did not occur.
